Cuisine Restaurant, located onsite, features regional produce. Cuisine Restaurant is open for buffet breakfast from 7:00 am to 10:00 am daily and dinner from 5:30 pm to 9:00 pm (Wednesday to Saturday). Bar snacks are available from 4:00 pm to 5:30 pm. Crackers General Store & Gift Shop, located inside Reception, sells snacks and drinks, as well as souvenirs, local gifts, and liquor.

Fly fishing tours are available.
Location and Transport
Oaks Lake Crackenback Resort is 70 km from Cooma, NSW, and a 2 hour and 16 minute drive from Canberra Airport. The Kosciuszko National Park Entrance is a 5-minute walk. Perisher Ski Resort is a 3 minute drive to Skitube (Bullocks Flat Station) and 10 minutes trip to the resort; Thredbo Village is a 13 minute drive. The resort provides a complimentary shuttle to the Skitube in winter, operated by Harro's Snowsports. The Alpine Way is a 20 minute drive from Thredbo and 15 minutes to Perisher via the Skitube Alpine Railway.
Services Provided
Harro's Ski Hire offers ski clothing and accessories and comprehensive ski tuning. The Lake Crackenback Resort Staff Pass includes access to the golf course, tennis courts, archery, canoes, mountain bike tracks and trails, and the indoor health centre (pool, gymnasium, and sauna). Check-in time is from 3:00 pm, and check-out is until 10:00 am. The resort offers half day guided experiences for fly fishing, mountain biking, and Segway tours. There is free shuttle bus to the Skitube this Winter operated through Harro's Snowsports.
